Designated Service Manager (71738) – Cracow

RESPONSIBILITIES:

As a Designated Service Manager you will be responsible for:

– providing Tier 4 support and network disaster recovery expertise

– testing and documenting system behavior, performance and security

– planning, designing and troubleshooting local and wide area network infrastructure including routers, firewalls, switches, gateways, DNS servers, DHCP servers, clustering solutions and related hardware, software as well as services.

MUST HAVE SKILLS:

1. Strong practical knowledge in Cisco Security products (ISA, WSA, ISE, ACS)

2. Fluent in English and second language: French or Spanish or German or Italian

3. Security knowledge -7 years of technical experience (a must)

5. Proven account management skills

6. Customer service experience is a plus

7. Cisco experience is a plus

NICE TO HAVE SKILLS:

1. Certified CCIE

2. Good analytical and troubleshooting skills
