Neil has been with Flint since 2002 and has 30 years of experience in the telecoms industry. Neil has an engineering background with experience in network rollout, integration, test and verification as well as extensive international experience having undertaken long-term assignments in Denmark, Sweden, the Netherlands, USA and South Africa. He places a strong focus on the importance of putting our customers first and has launched new ventures and entities specifically to support the growth and success of Flint’s customers.
Scott is a Director of Flint and has 30 years’ experience in the telecoms industry. Scott has a background in the design, integration and verification fields of data services and IP networking for mobile and fixed networks. During his career, he has worked for and on behalf of a number of major vendors and operators including GPT, T-Mobile, Ericsson and Starent Networks.
Keith is a co-founder and a Director of Flint and has over 30 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, having worked for companies including Lucent, Bell Labs and Ericsson. Keith is a specialist in the design, integration and verification of SS7, wireless data and IP networking on mobile networks. He has worked for, and on behalf of, a number of major vendors and operators including BT, Ericsson, Inmarsat and O2.
Alan is a co-founder and a Director of Flint and has worked in the telecoms industry since leaving University in 1994 and has recently taken on the role of UKI Managing Director. He specialises in value added service platforms, particularly within the messaging domain for areas such as Unified Messaging, SMS and MMS and has extensive experience in design, integration, verification and acceptance testing having worked for and on behalf of various major vendors and operators.
Alan runs Flint’s Centre of Excellence for Strategic Resourcing and is driving enhanced customer experience through his increased focus on customers in the UKI and across EMEAR.
Richard has worked widely across the telecoms and technology sectors in UK, Europe and the Middle East. He has 20+ years’ experience in international sales, commercial management and procurement. Richard led multinational teams delivering major programme rollouts to the world’s leading blue-chip telecom operators.
Richard now practices as a non-exec Director and Chairman specialising in Telecoms. Additionally, he is engaged in business development assignments in the space, satellite and optical instrument field.
Peter brings an extensive knowledge of international service delivery excellence from leadership positions in companies such as Cisco and HP. Peter has created and led global delivery teams focused on achieving and maintaining the highest levels of customer experience and has worked with a number of leading Service Providers across EMEAR.
Peter has been at the heart of Flint’s recent acquisitions and supports our regional leadership team to optimize their local business whilst leveraging the significant skills and capability across the Flint Group.
With over 25 years of sales and strategy experience in well-known global IT companies such as Cabletron, Bay Networks, Nortel, Cisco, NEC, PGi and Mavenir, Ian leads the Global Flint Sales and Marketing team.
Ian maintains a strong customer focus ensuring that the Flint service portfolio is focused around driving business outcomes, value and differentiation for our customers.
Experience of working closely with a number of global Service Providers has enabled Ian to understand the different geographical challenges associated with supporting such global customers and bonding together the best attributes of a diverse and global team.
Ian brings over 25-years of experience working within the global telecommunications and satellite industry across Europe and the Middle East.
Ian joined Flint in 2005 to help develop and create opportunities in both new and existing customers within the UK.
Ian is responsible for building relationships across three key verticals, Service Provider, Specialist Operators, and Software/Equipment Manufacturers.
Anas Al Mofleh brings more than 20 years of experience in the Middle East and has developed professional services business with prestigious clients in both the Telco and ICT sectors across the MENA region.
Anas played a pivotal role in setting up Flint KSA with Neil Burbridge and Salahuddin Khaja in 2015 and continues to play a key role in the leadership team.
Outside of Flint, he is additionally engaged as CEO for Mea-Tech Group.
Salah brings over fifteen years of experience in the field of Sales and Marketing, Management, Operations and Strategy to lead Flint Consulting MENA and India.
He is a computer science engineering graduate with entrepreneur experience and played a vital role in establishing and launching of Flint Consulting MENA in 2015. He has subsequently worked as Managing Director for the region and, more recently, Flint India which he launched in 2019.
Prior to Flint he was founder and CEO of S3 Netsystems.
Nina Hudnik is the co-founder and Managing Director of Flint Slovenia. She has been working in the telecommunications industry for more than 14 years and specializes in Learning Services and Content Development.
Always looking to improve and broaden services available to Flint’s clients, Nina is head of an impassioned team of highly skilled professionals delivering high-end products. Nina’s emphasis is on building strong relationships with customers through listening to client’s needs and producing tailor-made solutions. Satisfied clients reward her and the team’s efforts with becoming loyal customers and turning them into their trusted advisors. Nina also believes that the company is only as good as its employees that is why she pays special attention to employee growth and development.
Martin has been an engineer within the Telecoms sector for the past 32 years.
Martin is South African by birth but spent over 20 years working abroad in designing and delivering telecom fibre and switching projects in the UK, Saudi Arabia, Qatar and Bahrain.
Martin then decided to return to South Africa where he has been for the past 11 years and has a strong passion to see local engineering talent grow and serve the local Enterprise and Service Provider markets. His international experience combined with local knowledge delivers a unique experience for all Flint clients whether it be in resourcing, project delivery or any form of a managed service.
Natalia is a co-founder and a Managing Director of Flint Russia and Flint Kazakhstan with 8 years of experience in the telecommunications managing large teams delivering IT solutions to their Customers.
Working both for and on behalf of vendors, mobile operators and banks Natalia established Flint Russia in 2015 and in 2019 she launched Flint Kazakhstan to support the geographic growth of our key customers in the region whilst also ensuring local compliance.
Colin brings over 12 years Telecoms experience to the Flint team and a balance of working for both large corporates, like Ericsson, as well as a number of small start-ups. He also has experience working directly within the Service Provider space for Liquid Telecom, the largest Fibre Optics SP in Africa.
His strategy and management experience, of recent years, has been built on a strong technical, core engineering foundation which allows him to leverage his in-depth understanding of our customers technical and business challenges.
Flavio has more than 25 years of experience in the Telecoms industry, working for large corporations like Telcordia, Agilent, and Amdocs. He has been involved in many different projects within the ICT industry, from infrastructure to product commercialisation. Flavio has spent more than a decade working abroad, collaborating with people from different cultures and backgrounds.
Coming from an engineering background, Flavio graduated in Computer Science from the University in Turin. His in-depth technical knowledge ensures Customers an insider’s view of the industry. He is highly customer-focused, paying particular attention to project definition and execution to meet both the customer’s expectations and the company’s objectives.
